About me

Growing up in a middle-sized city in China, I was always curious about the world beyond my horizon. At the age of 25, I made a life-changing decision to pursue a master’s degree abroad. Balancing a full-time job as a teacher with intensive preparation for the TOEFL and GRE tests, I was determined to make my dream a reality. The moment I started my studies at the top university in Helsinki, Finland, I knew all my efforts had been worthwhile.

Over the eight years I spent in Helsinki, I had the incredible opportunity to visit over 20 countries, growing into a more confident and independent Asian woman. In 2014, I began a nine-year career at Electronic Arts (EA), an esteemed international gaming company. This experience allowed me to learn from some of the most talented individuals globally, and I thrived as a career woman.

In 2016, I made another pivotal decision: to return to Shanghai to embrace new opportunities and be closer to my family. During my six years in Shanghai, I progressed to leading teams in the APAC and US regions as a Senior Analytics Manager. However, the pandemic in 2022 brought unforeseen changes, prompting my family’s move to Singapore. Early in 2023, I faced a challenging layoff, compounded by the unsettled job market, visa uncertainties, and high cost of living in Singapore.

During this difficult period, I connected with a coach who provided invaluable support and guidance, helping me to gain clarity and transform into a best version of myself. By mid-2023, I secured a new role in Hoyoverse Singapore and realized my aspiration to become a coach, dedicated to helping others achieve their best selves.

Since then, I have accumulated over 50 coaching hours, with all my clients experiencing positive outcomes from our sessions.
